Admissions
We know that the move to secondary school is a big step for your child and research tells us that students thrive best and achieve more if they feel secure and supported in a small community of learners.
We also know that choosing a new school for your child can be a challenging and sometimes confusing process.
We fully support the principle of parental preference in making this choice and our staff will be more than happy to assist you with any queries relating to Sybil Andrews Academy, the transition process and/or admissions in general.
Our aim is to make the process simpler for parents by providing clear and accurate information.
Should you have any queries relating to admissions, please do contact Mrs J Edwards at jedwards@sybilandrewsacademy.co.uk.
There is further information in the attached Admissions Arrangements documents. For in-year admissions please view the Admissions Arrangements 2021/22 document and for Normal Year of Entry to Year 7 please view the Admissions Arrangements 2022/23 document.
Admissions for Normal Year of Entry 2022-23 will proceed from 12 September 2021.
